Currently, if a Listrak popup has a URL of a media from the Listrak Media Library, then chances are that this media is not secured and hence will be a 404 on some browsers. This post is about the workaround of that.
Assume we have an image in the MEdia Library named “ace-of-spades.jpg” and the URL for this image is this: http://media.lt02.net/9428/Popup%20Images/ace-of-spades.jpg. If we put this URL as it is in the popup HTML, then this would not work on some browsers.
Therefore to have the image show, we need to use the following URL:
